"Employers maintain their equipment for optimal function and longevity, so why not their employees, too?"

Our Mission

Are your workers at risk of injury? How would you know?

Is your workplace doing all it can to prevent musculoskeletal injuries and educating your workforce about how to prevent injuries? Most would say "no". Statistics say that 80% of the population will have a lower back pain episode during their life. $267.2 billion is spent each year on neuromusculoskeletal complaints. Poor posture, poor ergonomics, auto injuries, sports injuries and "living with" or taking pain relievers for the pain, contributes to an epidemic of people in pain.

Let's face it, when it comes to our spine and joints, we have a reactive mindset. We can't see our spine and joints, so we literally wait until something is "broken" before we seek care. It's even worse, more expensive and impactful when people "break down" at work. Compare that to how we take care of our teeth: brushing and flossing daily and visits to the dentist every 6 months. Can't we apply a more preventive mindset to something as important as our low backs, necks and bodies?

The Future of Workplace Safety and Health

Times, are a changin'. Many businesses, especially large companies like Google, Facebook, Amazon and a growing list of much smaller companies, are recognizing the value of partnerships with healthcare providers to actually come onsite and provide education, training and even treatment.

Some employers dedicate office space for providers to care for their people, if the size of their workforce justifies it. There's no "one size fits all" and services are customizable to what will make the biggest positive impact. The training chiropractors receive in biomechanics, ergonomics, occupational health and the clinical outcomes they're able to achieve through their natural approach to conservative spinal care, makes them a valuable resource in the corporate world.

Onsite care brings the doctor to the workers, saving countless hours of travel to offsite providers. Providing onsite chiropractic care to workers is also a tremendous recruitment and retention tool in today's incredibly tight labor market.

But Does it Work?

A 2016 Study by the Sweere Center at Northwestern University of Health Sciences demonstrated 63% reduction in neuromusculoskeletal injuries, a 67% reduction in average case cost and 88% cost reduction associated with those injuries. In February of 2017, the American College of Physicians in the Annals of Internal Medicine, call for non-drug therapy as a first approach in the treatment of acute, subacute and chronic low back pain. The future is bright for this healthcare delivery model.
